Juices are amazing as they are plenty of nutrients and living foods but as always, we cannot be abusive. Raw food, specially juices and smoothies, provoke demineralization over the time because of its tremendous detox effect.
In the other hand, drinking too many juices, fruit, and raw vegetables cools down our inner temperature. Our organs like warmth, they can’t be cold. It is not good for our health. During spring, summer or even autumn time we can drink more juices but we can´t do the same during winter.
